Caballito Mojito

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.

Add the mint leaves, Cuban rum, vermouth, freshly squeezed lime juice, and sugar syrup to the glass. Fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.

Churn the mixture with a barspoon. Then fill the glass with additional crushed ice.

Top with a splash of chilled soda water.

If desired, add Angostura Aromatic Bitters.

Garnish with the prepared mint sprigs bouquet.

Serve with straws.
