Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of a lemon zest twist and a peach wedge.

Shake the gin, Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar syrup, and chosen egg white alternative with ice. Strain back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a smooth emulsification.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail, then discard it.

Garnish the drink with a peach wedge on the rim.
