Start with these components prepared in advance: Gin (rosemary infused, see note).

Add the rosemary-infused gin, Crème de Violette, Texas Ruby Red grapefruit juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice into a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Prepare your cocktail coupe by ensuring it is well-chilled.

Pour the shaken mixture into the frozen coupe glass.

Rim the glass with pomegranate rimming sugar for an added burst of flavor and presentation.
