Stir the mixture gently until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.

Float the Peychaud's bitters and Twede's RR Coffee tincture on top to create two distinct layers.

Flame an orange peel over the drink, expressing the oils onto the surface, and use it as a garnish.
