Combine the Maurin Quina, Demerara Rum, Nicaraguan Rum, Navy strength rum, Crème de Noyaux, grapefruit juice, lime juice, grenadine, cinnamon syrup, orgeat, bitters, and absinthe in a shaker.
Shake the mixture thoroughly to combine all the flavors.
