R&R cocktail

Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the dry vermouth and Chambord.

Add a few dashes of Peychaud's Bitters to the mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the ingredients until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail mixture into it.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
