Rosemary Tuck

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist and a sprig of rosemary, discarding the zest twist afterward.

Shake the blended Scotch whisky, Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Tawny Port, freshly squeezed orange juice, rich sugar syrup, and orange bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass.
