Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of edible flowers and set aside.

Shake the Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, gentian liqueur, Bols Blue Curaçao, rich sugar syrup, pineapple juice, and freshly squeezed lemon juice with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with the edible flowers before serving.
