Salted Caramel Rum Old Fashioned

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist and a piece of salted caramel candy for garnish.

Stir the Havana Club Añejo 7 Años Cuban Rum, salted caramel syrup, Bob's Vanilla bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, ideally over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils and then discard the twist.

Garnish the cocktail with a piece of salted caramel candy.
