Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish using a fruit stick with skewered pineapple cubes and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, complemented by fresh mint sprigs.

Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish the cocktail with the prepared fruit stick and a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Serve with a straw.
