Fiji Mermaid

Shake the bourbon, rum, passion fruit syrup, grenadine, lemon juice, bitters, and absinthe with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Double Old Fashioned Glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice to the brim.

Garnish with a lemon peel shaped like a mermaid's tail.

Finish with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg on top and add straws for easy sipping.
