Silky Fig

Muddle the banana slices, fig, and six mint leaves gently with orgeat in your shaker.

Add the dark rum, coconut rum, triple sec or curacao, light rum, Campari, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Shake the mixture with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe, optionally double straining if you prefer a smoother texture, though the tiny bits of banana and fig can add character.

Rub a mint leaf around the rim of the glass, then drop it into the cocktail as a garnish.

Finish by adding a few dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
