Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Almond milk (coconut almond milk).

Chill a highball glass to begin preparation.

Pour the absinthe into the glass, followed by the almond milk, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, and demerara syrup.

Add the chocolate bitters to the mixture.

Stir the ingredients gently with pebble ice until well combined.

Top the glass with additional pebble ice to maintain its chill.

Garnish with cacao nibs and a star anise for an aromatic finish.
