Muddle the listed 3 large 1-inch pineapple wedges with the prepared falernum in a shaker. Add the rum, Fernet, prepared coffee-stout syrup and lime juice, then shake with ice. Fine strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with one additional pineapple wedge and a pineapple leaf.
