Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

In a mixing glass, add the sherry, elderflower liqueur, gin, and both types of bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes, and stir the mixture thoroughly until well-chilled.

Discard the ice water from the cocktail coupe, then strain the mixture into the glass.

Serve immediately without a garnish.
