Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance.

Prepare a lemon zest twist for garnish.

Stir the straight rye whiskey, cherry liqueur, Strucchi Red Bitter, Dubonnet or alternative rouge light quinquina, and both Strucchi vermouths with ice until well mixed.

Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils and use it as a garnish.
