Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg.

Combine the light white rum, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, Monin Grenadine Syrup, rich sugar syrup, and egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake well to chill and mix the ingredients.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Shake again without ice to create a frothy texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Dust the surface of the cocktail with freshly grated nutmeg.
