Chill a Old Fashioned Glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Combine the Demerara rum, Irish whiskey, Oloroso sherry, BroVo Amaro #14, and Crème de Banane in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Add 2 dashes of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir the mixture thoroughly to chill and blend the flavors.

Discard the ice water from the Old Fashioned Glass and strain the cocktail into it over fresh ice.

Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink by twisting it, then drop the peel into the glass as garnish.
