Combine Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, Loire Valley Vouvray white wine, Green Chartreuse, and freshly squeezed lime juice in a shaker tin with a few ice cubes.

Whip shake the mixture to achieve a light chill.

Double strain the mixture into a wine glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with Piedmont Moscato d’Asti sparkling wine.
