Combine the Scotch, Cognac, Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur, and chamomile syrup in a mixing glass.

Add Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Spanish Bitters and Bitter End Moroccan Bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube or sphere.

Garnish with a swath of orange peel, expressing its oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
