Fourth of July Margarita

Select and pre-chill a Hurricane glass.

Prepare a garnish of a lime wedge and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry, skewered with a stars-and-stripes paper parasol.

Add a portion of crushed ice to the chilled glass and cover it with grenadine or pomegranate syrup.

Blend the blanco tequila, triple sec liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, agave syrup, and xanthan gum with crushed ice.

Pour the blended mixture into the glass over the grenadine base.

Blend the Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, Bols Blue Curaçao, lime juice, rich sugar syrup, agave syrup, and xanthan gum with crushed ice.

Pour the second blended mixture into the glass over the previous layer.

Garnish with the prepared lime wedge and maraschino cherry, skewered with the paper parasol.

Serve with a straw.
