Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Charred pineapple & chili flavoured vodka.
Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.
Prepare a pineapple wedge for garnish.
Combine the charred pineapple & chili flavored vodka, pineapple juice, Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and La Fée Parisienne absinthe in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to blend the flavors.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
