How to make Swiss Fizz with Absinthe, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Dry shake the absinthe, lemon juice, lime juice, orgeat, cream, orange flower water, and egg white without ice to emulsify the ingredients.
Add ice and shake again vigorously to chill and blend the mixture thoroughly.
Double strain the mixture into a highball glass containing soda water and a shard of ice.
