Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a lime wheel in half.

Combine the agricole blanc/cane juice rhum, peach aperitif liqueur, and freshly squeezed lime juice in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously.

Strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by resting the half lime wheel across the rim of the glass.
