Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.

Stir the cognac, rye whiskey, cherry liqueur, and Fee Brothers Black Walnut bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, preferably using a large cube or block of ice.

Garnish with the skewered Maraschino cherry.
