Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Place fresh mint leaves, Hayman's London Dry Gin, Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to combine the ingredients.

Fine strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
