Chill a cocktail coupe by placing it in the freezer until ready to use.
Combine the Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin, Bloody Orange Liqueur, Dr Brambles Pomegranate & Rose Gin Liqueur, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker.
Shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled.
Double strain the cocktail into the frozen coupe glass.
Finish with a few dashes of Peychaud's Bitters on top.
