Bamboo Monk

Chill the martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add the Amontillado Sherry, dry vermouth, and Bénédictine to the shaker.

Add a dash of orange bitters.

Stir the mixture thoroughly to chill and blend the ingredients.

Discard the ice water from the martini glass and double strain the mixture into it.

Garnish with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the drink before dropping it in.
