Chill a cocktail coupe glass in preparation for serving.
Prepare a garnish using a Cadbury Dairy Milk Miniature chocolate.
Combine Ketel One Vodka, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, brown/dark crème de cacao liqueur, whipping cream, and either pasteurized egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake all the ingredients vigorously.
