Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a fresh lemon zest.

Combine the bourbon whiskey, Lucano amaro, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Pallini Limoncello liqueur, gomme syrup, egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam, and a few drops of saline solution in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously to chill.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Dry shake without ice to emulsify the ingredients.

Fine strain into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the lemon zest twist over the drink and place it as a garnish.
