Peat's Dragon

Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Combine the blended Scotch whisky, single malt Scotch whisky, Grand Marnier or another cognac orange liqueur, aromatized wine, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and black pepper in a mixing glass with ice.

Stir the mixture until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Coupe glass.

Note that the black pepper will settle and naturally decorate the bottom of the glass.
