How to make Cool Coronation with Sauvignon Blanc, Fino Sherry, Dry Vermouth. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill a highball glass in preparation for serving.
Create a garnish of a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and set aside.
Combine the chilled Sauvignon Blanc, Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, and a couple of dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well to blend the flavors.
Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice, simultaneously topping with Thomas Henry Soda Water.
Finish by garnishing with the prepared skewered cherry.
