Bruceland Sour

Dry shake the Speyside Scotch, Meyer lemon juice, ginger liqueur, egg white, and rich simple syrup with a whipper ball to combine and aerate the mixture.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until the concoction is well chilled.

Pour the tawny port over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass.

Strain the shaken mixture over the ice in the glass.

Garnish with brandied cherries to finish.
