Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe glass.

Moisten the outer edge of the glass with sugar syrup, then dip it into cinnamon powder to create a spiced rim.

Shake the pisco, Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur, and agave syrup with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into your prepared, chilled glass.

The spiced rim serves as an elegant garnish, requiring no additional adornment.
