Cyrano

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by gathering fresh mint sprigs.

Cut a thick lime zest twist, ensuring some of the fruit's flesh is attached, and muddle it at the base of the glass.

Add the agricole vieux rhum, Cynar or alternative carciofo amaro, pineapple rum, Monin pineapple syrup, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters.

Fill the glass with ice and briefly stir the mixture.

Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
