Pineapple Margarita

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.

Rim the glass with Tajín seasoning by moistening the outside edge with lime or orange juice and dipping it into the Tajín.

Prepare a garnish by slicing a pineapple wedge.

Shake the blanco tequila, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, and optional Monin Pineapple Syrup with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the prepared pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
