How to make Bishop Berkeley with Gin, Aromatized Wine, Herbal Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill the Old Fashioned glass by filling it with ice.
In a mixing glass, combine the gin, Byrrh, Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur, and simple syrup.
Add 2 dashes of Boker's bitters and a dash of St. George Absinthe to the mixture.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
Discard the ice from the Old Fashioned glass and strain the cocktail into it.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing its oils over the drink before placing it on top.
