Instructions

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Muddle the fresh ginger root and basil leaves at the bottom of a shaker.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, pineapple juice, cloudy unsweetened apple juice or cider, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture well with ice.

Fine strain the concoction into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
