Instructions

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Chill a cocktail coupe to prepare it for serving.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.

Combine the blended Scotch whisky, Hayman's Sloe Gin liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, a dash of La Fée Parisienne absinthe, and a dash of Orange Bitters by Angostura in a cocktail shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously.
