Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a lime wedge for garnish.

Shake the Batavia Arrack van Oosten, Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry, Poire William eau-de-vie, freshly squeezed lime juice, pink grapefruit juice, Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup, Monin Cinnamon Syrup, and saline solution with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe.
