Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Chill an Old Fashioned glass in preparation for serving.

Create a garnish by slicing a piece of kiwi.

Muddle the fresh cucumber and kiwi in the base of a cocktail shaker.

Add the bison grass vodka, cloudy apple juice or cider, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker. Shake well with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
