Matcha Martini

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Rim the glass with a mixture of matcha powder and powdered sugar. Dip the chilled or frozen glass into a plate covered with a thin layer of this matcha and sugar mix.

Shake all ingredients with ice until well combined.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass with the prepared rim.

No additional garnish is needed; the matcha-sugar rim serves as the garnish.
