Port Authority

Muddle the blackberries in the base of your shaker until well crushed.

Add the Cognac VSOP, tawny port, cassis, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and a couple of dashes of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine and chill the ingredients.

Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe to achieve a smooth texture.

Garnish with a fresh blackberry for a final touch.
