Prepare carrot-infused aquavit: peel away a carrot’s outer layer, then steep additional peeled carrot strips in aquavit for 1 week; the source gives no aquavit-to-carrot ratio. Prepare brown sugar honey syrup by gently dissolving 2 parts brown sugar in 1 part water, then stirring in 1 part honey and cooling. Use a scant 8 cc syrup for the listed portion. Stir all listed drink liquids with ice, strain over fresh ice and finish with orange peel, carrot greens and a carrot ribbon.
