Winter ITP

Combine the brandy and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Add the ouzo and a few dashes of Angostura orange bitters.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until well-chilled.

Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice sphere or cube.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
