Use 2:1 demerara sugar syrup for its listed portion.

Chill an Old Fashioned glass and pour in the pilsner lager, setting it aside for the moment.

In a shaker, combine the Cuban rum, coconut water, sugar syrup, apple cider vinegar, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.

Shake vigorously and fine strain the mixture into the glass with the beer.

Add fresh ice to the glass and serve.
