Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).
Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
Prepare a garnish by placing a strawberry on the rim, crowned with a mint sprig.
Muddle the strawberries at the base of a shaker.
Add the light white rum, Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur, rich sugar syrup, and whipping cream to the shaker.
Shake well with ice until chilled.
