Fourth of July Cocktail

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Pour the bourbon whiskey and Galliano L'Autentico liqueur into a room-temperature glass.

Ignite the contents of the glass cautiously and sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the flame. Be aware of the almost invisible blue flame.

Cover the glass to extinguish the flame as soon as the effect is complete, preventing the glass from becoming hot.

Shake the Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, and chilled whipping cream with ice.

Strain the shaken mixture over the bourbon and Galliano base in the pre-chilled coupe.

Serve without garnish.
