Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure your drink stays perfectly cold.

Prepare your garnish by twisting a lemon zest over the drink to release its oils, then discard the zest. Place a dried apricot half on the rim of the glass for an elegant touch.

Stir the Ketel One Vodka, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, and Difford's Bokers Bitters with ice until well-chilled.
