Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare an orange wedge to use as a garnish.

Squeeze the orange juice using a pillar or elbow press, and fine strain to remove any pulp.

Dry blend the freshly squeezed orange juice at high speed without ice to achieve a "fluffy" texture.

Pour the Savoia Americano Rosso and half of the fluffy orange juice into the glass over two ice cubes. Stir well.

Add more ice to the glass and top with the remaining fluffy orange juice.

Garnish with the orange wedge, resting it across the rim of the glass.
